Travel, open to everyone
Whatever your sight, hearing, movement or language, Transfer Travel should work for you. Open the round accessibility button at the bottom of any page to set it up your way.
If you are blind or have low vision
- Works with screen readers such as VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA and JAWS, with labelled buttons, headings and form fields.
- Read this page aloud from the accessibility button, in the language you have chosen.
- Larger text, high contrast and an easy read font, remembered on your device.
- Every photo that carries meaning has a written description.
If you are deaf or hard of hearing
- Nothing on Transfer Travel relies on sound. Every alert and confirmation is shown on screen and kept in your account.
- Talk to us in writing at any time through messages or the contact form. You never need to phone us.
- Any video we add will carry captions and a written transcript.
If you use a keyboard or switch
- Every page can be used without a mouse. Press Tab to move, Enter to choose, Escape to close.
- A skip link takes you straight to the main content.
- Turn on a strong focus outline so you always know where you are.
If you find reading or movement tiring
- More spacing between lines and letters, and underlined links.
- Reduce motion stops zooms and animations, and we follow your device setting automatically.
- Plain, calm wording, with no countdown clocks or pressure.
Languages
34 languages, chosen for you by location
We pick your language and currency from where you are, and you can change both from the menu at any time. Menus, buttons and listing titles and descriptions are translated. The rest of the page text is currently in English; your browser's translate option works across the whole site.

Known limitations
- Choosing a language translates menus, buttons and listings. Other page text is in English for now.
- Read aloud uses your device’s own voices, so pronunciation and audio quality vary between devices.
- High contrast and reduce motion have not yet had a full independent audit.
- This statement is based on focused checks, not a full accessibility audit.
